A Month into Moving Out

July so far has been a roller coaster of emotions and circumstances. I needed a mental break to personally reflect on my current state and as a result, I missed one week of writing entry as intended. The mental break from constantly trying to keep up with everything felt so necessary.

As another weekend draws to a close, I thought I would it would be nice to let loose and write a blog post with much more more fluidity rather than my usual structure of planning and keeping things succinct. I just feel like enjoying the entire process of letting my thoughts pour out as I type - like how it would have been done when I was much younger.

Moving out has so far brought countless amount of positives in my life - be it mental, physical and social. I wanted to reflect and share on this for a while now but it's impossible to properly exhaust the list and categorising them. Perhaps I'll do that in future but right now, I kinda wanna do something more fun for myself rather than thinking too hard about it.

Here are just two things I can think of so far.

Mentally, it has been amazing. I love my morning routine and enjoying doing housework from time to time on my own accord. I really like having my own personal quiet time in the morning before I start my day. While 2020 has been a time of emotional turmoil and extreme change of circumstances, it's nice to know there are still certain parts of my life I can still control.

(I mean after I brush my teeth, make the bed, wash my face etc of course lol)

Socially, I'm really glad I'm living with landlords whom I really enjoy hanging out with rather than living entire alone. I think I would have been so much more lonely if I did. I also like how we all complement each other habits so far. Oh and did I mention they cook really well? Lol. I really appreciate having home cooked food, I doubt I'll ever take it for granted in the future.

Furthermore, it's really difficult to be emotionally down all the time with additional two cuties around the house lol.
(LOL, just kidding ok I'm a really nice tenant)

 Alright that's it, goodnight :)
