The "real"world can be an intimidating place from someone fresh out of school or at least someone whose around my age range (I'm 26 this year). The "real" world is full of nuances, grey areas and requires you to make countless of decisions.
With that, it goes without saying that it is important to speak with others and gain a new perspective of their own experiences and world views. Yet with that, these opinions can be extremely overwhelming as well. It feels as if every single advice, perspective and outlook (i.e. opinions) make sense and the truth of the matter is that they do all make sense.
You end up becoming mentally exhausted attempting to grapple onto all these useful information.
I've been through this - and am still going through - this phase of life myself. However, I feel like that step by step process I've made for myself below has helped me shape the opinions I want to take it in order to achieve my own personal mental growth.

- Find a mentor whom you want to follow
- Write down a myriad of items of what you want to do and decipher those that you really want to do.
